Ingredients
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 medium tomato (s)
- olive oil
- 200 g lentils (belua lentils)
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 2 teaspoons spice paste (harissa)
- honey
- 500 g pasta
- 1 cup yogurt (50 g)
- 2 clove (s) garlic, minced
- Mint, some leaves it, chopped
- salt

- Peel and chop the onion. Wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion in it. Add the lentils and fry briefly. Add tomatoes and broth and season with harissa and honey. Put the lid on the saucepan and let everything simmer for about 40 minutes on a low heat.
- Put on the pasta in good time before the end of the cooking time and cook until al dente. Drain and distribute in portions on plates. Season the lentils with salt and add to the pasta.
- Finally, season the yoghurt with garlic and mint and distribute a dollop on each serving.
