Peach Smoothie with Banana and Yogurt

A very tasty and thick drink that will not only pleasantly cool you in the heat, but also satisfy your hunger – peach smoothie with banana and yogurt. Simple and nutritious – a great start to the day!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt (no additives) – 300 g
  • Peaches – 300-400 g (3 pieces of medium size)
  • Bananas – 200 g (1 piece large)
  • Honey (optional) – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Peel the banana, break it into random pieces, and put it in the blender bowl.
  2. Wash and dry the peaches. Separate the flesh from the seeds and add to the banana.
  3. Add honey to taste (if desired, if the peaches are sweet enough, you can skip the honey at all). Add yogurt.
  4. Use a hand or stationary blender to whisk the ingredients until smooth.
  5. Peach smoothie with banana and yogurt is ready. Pour it into glasses and serve.
