Ingredients

  • 1 kg meat, preferably poultry with the skin, this will then be nice and crispy
  • 2 kg vegetables, e.g. carrots, potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, etc.)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 3 dashes olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary

Instructions

  1. First you put the meat (you can also use different meat at the same time) in the roaster. The vegetables are roughly chopped (3-4 cm long pieces) and then spread over the meat. Chop the onions and garlic a little and add them.
  2. Pour the wine into a glass, add the olive oil, salt and pepper, stir and pour over the meat-vegetable mix. Put a few stalks of rosemary or dried rosemary on top.
  3. Put the lid on and then cook for 45 minutes on the highest level that the oven can provide.
  4. Then remove the roaster and place the meat on top of the vegetables. Put the lid on and place in the oven for another 45 minutes.
  5. If you eat rather lean meat, the time it is on top should not be too long so that it does not get too dry.
