Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 500 g minced pork
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion (s), very finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock (instant powder)
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml water, hot

Instructions

  1. Place mixed ground beef in a large bowl. Finely chop the onion and clove of garlic. Put both in a small bowl. Add salt, pepper, paprika powder, instant stock and breadcrumbs and mix with the egg and hot water to a pulp. Put the spice pulp on the minced meat and mix thoroughly. Then shape 6 palm-sized steaks weighing just under 200 g, approx. 2 cm thick. Let rest for 1/2 hour.
  2. Fry them in a pan with a little oil or on the grill until crispy brown. Turn several times.
  3. Instead of the garlic clove and the onion, one teaspoon each of onion and garlic granules can be used.
