  • 500 g pork tenderloin (s) or other meat
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet as desired and season with salt and pepper. Fry on each side and keep warm.
  2. Deglaze the roast with wine. Stir in the whipped cream and crème fraîche. Crush the blue cheese, stir in and let it melt in the sauce. Arrange the meat with the sauce and serve.
