Ingredients

  • 3 potato (s), (if possible elongated)
  • 1 cucumber (s), green
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 50 g herb quark
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and, if necessary, cut them so that the front of the potatoes tapers (nose of the mouse). Cut off a lid at the top (this is still needed). Now hollow out the larger half of the potato with a teaspoon.
  2. Now coat the hollowed-out potatoes with the lid with oil (season if necessary) and place in a baking dish. Bake at 200 degrees for 45-60 minutes. (I usually take the lids out earlier because they don`t take that long).
  3. In the meantime, cut small circles from the cucumber peel - as eyes and also cut an approx. 8 cm long strip from the peel - as a tail. Now cut thin slices from the carrot - as ears.
  4. When the potatoes are done, fill them with herbal quark and put the lid back on. Finally attach the eyes and ears.
