by Editorial Staff

Pumpkin puree is a storehouse of vitamins that can be stored for quite a long time in the refrigerator and used to prepare a variety of dishes. It is easy to prepare, easy to store and long-term.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Rinse the pumpkin thoroughly, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into 4 pieces. We put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and send them to bake in the oven (150 g) for about 20 minutes.
  2. Then remove the skin from the pumpkin. It comes off very easily after baking.
  3. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, place in the bowl of a food processor and chop until smooth. You can also grind with a mixer.
  4. The finished puree should not be salted or peppery.
  5. Put the pumpkin puree in plastic containers and send it to be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. Puree can be stored in the freezer for up to 5-6 months.

Bon appetit!
