Pumpkin Smoothie with Grapefruit

Fans of raw food will surely appreciate this undeniably vibrant smoothie made with pumpkin and grapefruit pulp! It is worth noting the special effect of such a smoothie – it perfectly tones and energizes!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin – 390 g (240 g peeled)
  • Grapefruit – 320 g (180 g peeled)
  • Honey (liquid) – 3 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Rinse the pumpkin, cut off the skin, and remove the inner fibrous part with seeds. Cut the peeled pulp into small pieces. I got 240 g of peeled pumpkin pulp.
  2. Peel the grapefruit and carefully separate the pulp from the white bitter films. I got 180 g of peeled grapefruit pulp.
  3. Place the grapefruit pulp in a blender bowl and beat on high power until smooth.
  4. Add the pumpkin slices to the blender bowl and beat together until smooth. Add honey to the smoothie and whisk everything together again. Pumpkin grapefruit smoothie is ready!
  5. Divide smoothies into cups, sprinkle each serving with a little ground cinnamon, and serve.
