Ingredients

  • 6 roll (s) (from the day before)
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 500 g apples, peeled, pitted, cut into wedes
  • 80 g raisins
  • 50 g almond sticks or flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Cut the rolls into fine slices and let them steep in the milk. Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt well and add to the rolls.
  2. Grease a baking dish and layer alternately with breadcrumbs, apples and raisins. Sprinkle with almond sticks and top with the butter flakes. Bake at 175 ° C for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
