Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg potato (s)
  • 150 g bacon, smoked
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g sausaes (Debrecziner)
  • some butter for the pan
  • 400 ml sour cream
  • some milk, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes with their skin on, let cool a little, peel and cut into slices. Dice the bacon and leave it out. Boil the eggs hard, let them cool and cut into slices just like the sausage.
  2. Brush an ovenproof dish with a little butter and line it with half of the potato slices. Then layer the eggs and the sausage slices on top. Mix the sour cream with a little milk and spread one half over it, then sprinkle the bacon cracklings over it. Layer the second half of the potato slices on top, then pour the rest of the cream and the bacon fat on top.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Serve with a salad or in a stylish way with pickled vegetables.
  5. If you want to do without the bacon, you can use some melted butter instead.
