Ingredients

  • 500 g pork, shredded
  • 75 g bacon, streaky
  • 1 large can peach (s)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 bottle chili sauce (250 ml)
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Season the pork with salt and pepper, sauté and place in a baking dish.
  2. Fry the bacon in the frying stock and pour over the meat.
  3. Cut the peaches into small pieces and pour over them.
  4. Mix the cream cheese with the chilli sauce and cream and pour over it as well.
  5. Baked at 180 ° C for approx. 35 - 45 minutes, middle rack.
