Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl. Then gradually add the whisked egg and salt. Now rub the ingredients with clean hands until the pure dough grinds show up. Then pour into the boiling meat broth, cook for 5 minutes and serve with finely chopped chives. A little vinegar can also be added to taste.
