Ingredients
- 50 g rocket, washed and rouhly chopped
- 200 g cream cheese with herbs
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 g sour cream
- Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 dash Tabasco

- Puree the rocket with cream cheese and olive oil with a blender and then just stir in the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and Tabasco. If you don`t like the slight spiciness, simply leave out the Tabasco.
