Ingredients
- 120 g lamb`s lettuce
- 3 medium tomato (s) (or 6 cherry tomatoes)
- 6 strawberries
- 1 slice (s) pineapple
- salt and pepper
- Balsamic vinegar

- In the middle of the salad plate, a pineapple slice is placed, which has been cut into 4 equal pieces.
- Clean the lamb`s lettuce. The roots can be cut at the stem or removed entirely. Wash well and put around the pineapple slice.
- Quarter the strawberries from the stalk and place on the bed of lamb`s lettuce. Eight medium-sized tomatoes or halve cherry tomatoes and add them as well.
- Pour in the balsamic vinegar. If you do not have an old aceto available, a balsamic vinegar reduction is recommended (put the balsamic vinegar in an enamelled pot and reduce it with little heat). Salt and pepper. No oil!
- The arrangement is actually arbitrary - the main thing is that it is beautiful. The quantities given are variable.
