Instructions

  1. Order an empty stomach from the butcher (clean and tie).
  2. Cut the pork neck and beef into 1 cm cubes and roast in the lard, as well as the chopped onions. Dice the potatoes and rolls.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the bratwurst filler, roll cubes, eggs, potatoes and the roasted ingredients well, season well with the spices. Pour the mixture into the stomach prepared by the butcher and seal the opening. Do not fill the stomach too full, otherwise it will burst during cooking.
