  • 50 g ham, cooked, very finely chopped

  • 60 g flour
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Stir the butter until foamy, add the egg yolks, milk and flour while stirring constantly, add ham and parsley, season with nutmeg, then fold in the egg whites.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper, bake at 180 ° for 20 minutes until golden.
