Ingredients

  • 2 persimmons, very ripe, quartered
  • 4 orange (s), the peeled pulp it
  • 1 lemon (s), the juice it
  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 tablespoon honey if necessary

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients together in a container and puree with a hand blender. Fill into beautiful glasses and serve.
  2. This smoothie will get you in top shape in no time, as it is very rich in vitamins.
  3. Note: Sharon fruits are persimmons.
