Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 8 slices bacon or bacon
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the breakfast bacon in a bowl. Add enough breadcrumbs to make a glob that won`t fall apart.
  2. Rinse your hands under cold running water so that they are well cooled off. Shape the minced meat into four rolls and wrap them in the breakfast bacon.
  3. Fry on a low heat for 12 minutes. Turn regularly.
