Instructions

1. Cut off the carrots at the top and bottom. Quarter the figs and the orange. Peel and roughly chop the ginger. Juice the carrots, figs, orange and ginger.
2. Pour the juice into the blender and process together with the banana and 2 ice cubes for 20 seconds. Put more ice cubes in a glass, pour the smoothie over them and decorate with sliced figs if you like.
