Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs and beat until frothy. Mix the flour with the salt and baking powder and stir briefly into the butter mixture.
  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a flat plate. Shape the dough into balls (approx. 1/2 tablespoon per ball) and roll them in the cinnamon sugar. Place the balls on the baking sheet and flatten them lightly.
