Mix the flour with the yeast and salt, add the oil and lukewarm water and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let rise in a warm place until preparations are complete.
Mix the cream cheese with a little water so you can spread it more nicely on the dough later.
Cut the meat into slices, fry a little (use only a little oil for the light version) and season. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the cream cheese on it and spread the spring onions, tomatoes and the meat on it. Sprinkle the cheese over it and bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
