Stewed Rabbit with Potatoes and Cheese

Delicious rabbit with potatoes!

Ingredients

  • Rabbit – 1 kg
  • Onions – 300 g
  • Garlic – 15 g
  • Carrots – 80 g
  • Hard cheese – 300 g
  • Processed cheese
  • Potatoes – 1.5 kg
  • Sour cream – 300 g
  • Tomato paste – 50 g
  • Soy sauce – 200 ml

Directions

  1. Soak the rabbit overnight.
  2. Fry in oil over high heat for 10 minutes. from each side.
  3. Pour 1.5-2 cups of water or broth into the pan in which the rabbit was fried, bring to a boil, and pour the fried rabbit in a saucepan (cauldron).
  4. Fry the onions and carrots until golden brown. And add to the pot.
  5. When our rabbit is boiling, add sour cream, tomato paste, and soy sauce.
  6. Stir and cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Then add the processed cheese, stir for 2 minutes. Continue cooking for another 15 minutes. over low heat.
  8. Then add potatoes and chopped garlic. Simmer until the potatoes are ready. At the end add the grated hard cheese and stir. The stewed rabbit with potatoes is ready.
  9. Ready stew rabbit with potatoes.
