- 240 g suar
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 250 g flour
- 2 packs baking powder
- 0.5 ½ sachet pudding powder (creamy flavor)
- 250 ml milk
- 2 vanilla pods (bourbon vanilla pods), the pulp it
- 125 g low-fat quark
- 500 g strawberries
- 400 ml cream
- 50 g chocolate decoration or chocolate sprinkles or chocolate flakes
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for sprinkling

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Beat the eggs with 200 g sugar until frothy, then stir in the oil. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve on the dough and stir in as well. Process everything into a smooth dough.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Take out and let cool.
- Prepare a cream pudding according to the package instructions with the remaining sugar and milk. Stir in the vanilla pulp. Let the pudding cool down a bit and stir in the quark.
- Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Spread the pudding on the cake base and place the strawberries on top. Whip the cream until stiff and sprinkle decoratively between the strawberries. Garnish with chocolate decor and powdered sugar.
