- 300 g strawberries (frozen)
- 500 g natural yourt (0.1% fat)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- sweetener

- Either let the strawberries stand for about 1.5 hours or defrost them in the microwave. Use the hand blender in a tall container to grind or puree. Stir in the yogurt, sweeten to taste. The vanilla sugar is not absolutely necessary.
- A very refreshing dessert that you can easily eat a little more of. Also tastes good with quark (at least 20% fat) or a little whipped cream. Other frozen fruits can also be used.
