Ingredients
- 350 g cheese (Edam), diced
- 130 g mandarin (s)
- 160 g pineapple, cut into pieces
- 100 g rapes, blue, seedless
- 100 g rapes, reen, seedless
- 1 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
- 70 ml crème fraîche
- 4 tablespoon sweet cream
- Cayenne pepper
- cognac

- Mix the cheese with the fruit. Mix the mayonnaise, creme fraiche and cream into a dressing and season with a little cayenne pepper and a small dash of cognac. Mix the cheese salad with the dressing and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes, covered.
