- 1 can peach (s), drained
- 1 can tangerine (s), drained
- 1 apple
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 pear (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup quark
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 5 packs vanilla sugar

- Dice the canned peaches and mandarins as well as the fresh fruit. Peel the fresh fruit beforehand. Put everything in a bowl.
- For the dressing mix the sour cream, yoghurt and quark in a small bowl and sweeten with vanilla sugar. The vanilla sugar is only used for the taste So season to taste in between and sweeten with normal sugar if necessary.
- Then add the dressing to the diced fruit and stir. It is best to eat it very cool from the refrigerator.
- An excellent refreshment in summer that even the smallest of the family will enjoy.
