Ingredients

  • 250 g semolina (wheat)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 30 g butter for fryin

Instructions

  1. Heat the 20g butter in a pan, then pour in the milk and add a pinch of salt, bring to the boil briefly. Quickly stir in the semolina and continue to stir until the semolina loosens from the bottom of the pan and takes it off the stove.
  2. Wait until the mass has cooled down (better still, cold).
  3. Heat the 30g butter in a pan, then add the semolina and fry over a high heat and cut the semolina until it has a light brownish color and has disintegrated enough (just orientate on the appearance).
  4. You can eat the stuffers hot or cold, dip them into the morning coffee with applesauce or just spoonfuls and enjoy.
