Ingredients
- 1 can tomato (s), peeled
- 500 ml meat broth
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 2 onions)
- 4 banana (s), ripe
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoon heavy cream
- Pepper White
- 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut

- Roughly chop the tomatoes (separate stem and skin), place in a saucepan with the stock and salt and heat. In the meantime, peel and dice the onions. Peel and slice the bananas.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onion cubes until translucent. Add the banana slices, fry them as well, mashing them lightly. Add the onion and bananas to the saucepan and stir. Mix the cornstarch in the cream and thicken the soup with it. Season with pepper and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
- Variation: Mix 5-6 tablespoons of desiccated coconut in the soup, leave to soak for about 5 minutes and serve with a whipped cream top.
