Ingredients

  • 500 g round beef
  • 5 medium egg (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium onion (s), diced
  • 2 tomato (s), diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add onions and tomatoes and fry for a few minutes until tomatoes are mushy. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let the minced meat cool to room temperature and mix with the eggs.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the minced meat mixture in portions and fry for approx. 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
  3. This goes well with rice or fried garlic rice and ketchup.
  4. Tip: You can season the minced meat with a beef stock cube and you can add potato cubes, paprika, peas or spring onions.
