Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil
  • 200 g quark
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packs yeast, fresh
  • 100 ml cream
  • 700 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the filling:

  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

For decoration:

  • 10 cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 10 olives

Also:

  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Mix all the liquid ingredients together for the dough. Mix the flour and baking powder together, gradually add and prepare the dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
  2. Shape the dough into small balls, brushing your hands with oil. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the balls over it. Brush your hands with oil every now and then. Make a well in the balls with your fingers and fill them with sheep cheese and parsley. Decorate with tomatoes, peppers and olives and let the balls rise for another 15 minutes.
  3. Brush with an egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C top / bottom heat for 20-25 minutes.
