Ingredients
- 2 large orange (s) (organic)
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 liter white wine, dry
- 115 ml brandy or
- Armagnac

- Peel the outer skin of the fruit (without the white, furry skin!) From the oranges and place them in a clean bottle with the other ingredients.
- Shake the sealed bottle well and leave it in a sunny or warm place for about two weeks. However, this orange wine must be shaken once a day during its maturation period. After 14 days, strain the wine through a cloth into a clean bottle.
