Vitamin Autumn Smoothie with Sea Buckthorn and Pumpkin

Pumpkin-sea buckthorn smoothie is incredibly rich in nutrients. Sea buckthorn and pumpkin drive away from the autumn blues with their vibrant, cheerful color.

Ingredients
Fresh pumpkin (peeled) – 150 g
Fresh sea buckthorn – 100 g
Banana – 1 pc. (150 g)
Honey – 1-2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon – to taste
Water – 100 ml
Directions
Place the washed sea buckthorn berries in a blender. Pour 50 ml of boiled (or clean drinking) water there.
Grind the berries at low speed for 2 minutes. If there is no blender, then you can grind the berries through a sieve.
Separate the sea buckthorn juice from the cake using a sieve. Pour the sea buckthorn juice back into the blender.
Cut the pumpkin into slices and steam. (It is convenient to do this in a multicooker, steamed, for 5-7 minutes.)
Cut the banana into large pieces. Add banana, honey, and a pinch of ground cinnamon to the sea buckthorn juice. Pour in the remaining 50 ml of water.
Place the cooled pumpkin in a blender bowl. (If the honey is thick, then the pumpkin need not be completely cooled, so it will disperse faster.) Kill all the components with a blender until smooth.
Pour the pumpkin, sea buckthorn, and banana smoothies into glasses and serve immediately the pumpkin and sea buckthorn smoothies, sprinkling with cinnamon on top.
