  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 0.5 ½ pineapple
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana (s)
  • some water
  • some ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples. Put in the blender with the water and puree. Peel the banana and pineapple and put them in the blender. Add the spinach and ice and puree again.
  2. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
