Ingredients

  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 250 g cream quark
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • Orange sugar or lemon sugar

Instructions

  1. Stir eggs and sugar until foamy, fold in the quark, flour and baking powder and season with orange sugar (can also be lemon sugar).
  2. Bake round in the preheated wicket pan.
  3. Pförtchen taste best when they are warm, dusted with sugar or with jam.
