  • 1 can tuna in water
  • 0.5 ½ vegetable onion (s)
  • 100 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 200 g cheese, (ratin cheese)
  • 100 g parmesan, rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve the flatbread and coat each pizza half with a little hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle fresh or grated oregano, as well as salt and pepper over the top.
  2. Drain the tuna a little, pick it up and spread it on the bread. Slice half a vegetable onion thinly with a vegetable slicer and distribute it on top. If you like, you can add a little more pepper and salt. Now sprinkle the gratin cheese and parmesan, a little more or less depending on your preference.
  3. Carefully place the two loaves of bread on two baking trays, place in the oven preheated to 220 ° C and bake for 7-8 minutes. Then swap the trays and bake for another 7-8 minutes so that both breads turn evenly golden yellow.
