Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, reen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon minced meat or beef, diced into small pieces
  • 2 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Roast the finely chopped onion in butter, then add the minced meat. Keep roasting until the juice has evaporated. Add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes, beans and salt.
  2. Steam slowly over a low heat. Add water and continue cooking until the beans are cooked through.
  3. Tip: I do it without minced meat, I like to cook it with beef (diced small)
