Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 onion (s), finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, cut into fine cubes or pressed
- 1 ball / n mozzarella, cut into small cubes
- 1 egg (s)
- 80 g tomato (s), dried, cut into small cubes
- 3 tablespoon basil, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Paprika powder

- Preheat the oven to approx. 180 ° and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Put the minced meat in a large bowl and season well with the spices. Add the garlic to the mince. Add an egg and breadcrumbs and knead carefully until it becomes smooth. Add the onion and sun-dried tomatoes and stir in. Add the mozzarella and basil and mix in carefully.
- Shape 2 mini meatloafs with moistened hands (bread form) and place on the baking sheet. Slide the baking sheet onto the middle rack in the preheated oven. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the mini meatloaf start to brown slightly.
- Boiled potatoes, Kapü or fries go well with this.
