  • 300 g bacon, diced
  • 400 g onion (s)
  • 400 g mushrooms, brown
  • 400 g sweet cream
  • 300 g cheese, rated
  • thyme
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Flour
  • Egg (s)
  • breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Bread the schnitzel with flour, egg and breadcrumbs, season to taste, then fry briefly. Cut the onions into half rings, fry them until translucent, add the bacon and mushrooms. Now season with the herbs, pepper and salt. Remove from heat, stir in cream and add cheese.
  2. Put the schnitzel in a greased baking dish, pour the sauce over it and chill for at least 8 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, cover the schnitzel for 15 minutes, cover and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
