3-ingredient Waffles

Instructions

  1. Remove the peel from the banana and mash it in a bowl with a fork. Add the flour and eggs. Then stir everything together until an almost homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Now preheat the waffle iron and, if necessary, brush it with a little oil. Put the slightly viscous batter into the waffle iron and spread the batter a little with a spoon. (Depending on the size of the eggs and the banana, about 2 - 4 waffles come out.) Now let the dough bake for about 2 to 3 minutes and check in between to see whether the waffles are ready. If they can be taken out without any problems, without sticking, they are done. Remove the golden brown waffle from the waffle iron and enjoy.
  3. At will, e.g., 1 - 2 tablespoons of blueberries can also be added to the batter.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
