Ingredients

  • 48 biscuit (s) (Amarettini), small
  • 1 kg fruit your choice
  • 8 tablespoon sherry (alternatively rum)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Sweetener (liquid)
  • 400 g sour cream (10%)
  • 5 packs cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 600 g yourt, vanilla (0.1% or 0.9%)

For decoration:

  • Cocoa powder (or cappuccino powder)
  • Desiccated coconut (or chocolate flakes)
  • Brittle
  • Nuts to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread 1-2 Amarettini per person in decorative dessert glasses (if possible in tall glasses so that the layers come out well).
  2. Clean the fruit (stone if necessary) and cut into small pieces.
  3. Mix the sherry or rum, lemon juice and a good dash of liquid sweetener and drizzle over the fruit. Let it steep briefly.
  4. In the meantime, whip the sour cream with 3 packs of cream stabilizer, pouring in the vanilla sugar. Stir in yogurt and add sweetener according to taste (approx. 1/2 teaspoon).
  5. Now only 3/4 amount of the fruit and then layer the cream on the biscuits. Chill for about 1 hour until the yogurt has set.
  6. Then puree the remaining fruits. Mix with vanilla yoghurt and 2 packs of cream stabilizer. As the last layer, divide up to the brim between the glasses (then sags a little).
  7. Let it steep in the fridge overnight and decorate with decorations as desired before serving.
  8. Can easily be prepared the day before.
