• 2 teaspoons, leveled sugar, brown
• 2 cl liqueur, (Licor 43)
• 1 cl vodka
• Crushed ice
• 2 tablespoon strawberries, pureed, or strawberry pulp

Instructions

1. The procedure is the same as for a normal caipirinha: wash the limes with hot water, cut eighths and put them in a container with the sugar. Let it steep for a few minutes. Mash the limes with a bar pestle. Now fill the vessel to the brim with crushed ice and add the alcohol. Pour the strawberry puree on top and stir as needed.
