  • 80 g watermelon (s)
  • 50 g Galia melon
  • 60 g peach (s) (flat peaches)
  • 50 g banana (s)
  • 50 g apricot (s), fresh
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 200 grams kefir
  • sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Halve the melons, core if necessary and remove the pulp required. Wash the peaches and apricots, cut them in half and remove the stones. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
  2. Mix the fruit with the kefir and lemon juice, season to taste and pour into glasses.
