Ingredients

  • 270 g speculoos, (spiced speculoos)
  • 90 g butter, (semi-fat butter)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 250 g yourt, (vanilla yourt)
  • 525 g low-fat quark
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • Sweetener, liquid
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch spice mix, (speculoos spice)
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 4 sheets gelatin, white

Instructions

  1. Crumble the speculoos and knead with the butter. Pour the mixture into a springform pan lined with baking foil. Press firmly and chill for about 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with yoghurt, quark, honey and spices, season with sweetener. Dissolve the gelatine according to the instructions on the packet and pour it into the quark cream. As soon as the cream starts to gel, spread it on the biscuit base.
  3. Chill the cake overnight.
