Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 500 g pasta (Spirali)
  • 750 g minced beef
  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • 150 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. Sear the minced beef and season. Cut the sheep`s cheese and onions into cubes. Place in a baking dish with the pasta and mix well.
  3. Mix the tomato paste, sour cream and cream and season. Press and add garlic. Pour the sauce over the casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
