Instructions

  1. Fry the ground beef with the chopped onions in a large pan or saucepan. Season with salt, pepper, grated fresh ginger, a clove of garlic and chili peppers. Wash, clean and chop tomatoes. Add and stew and boil for as long as possible or necessary (it gets better the longer it sears on a low flame. Therefore, ideal when visitors come and you don`t know when exactly they will arrive).
  2. Cook ribbon noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Mix the cream quark with the cream, season with salt and lots of garlic.
  4. First put a layer of pasta in a baking dish, then fill with the minced meat, layer another layer of pasta, put in the minced meat again, etc. - fill alternately depending on the amount cooked or the size of the form. As the last layer, spread the quark on top and decorate with a thick border of chopped chives. Sprinkle the remaining middle of the quark with the chopped mint or peppermint powder and serve.
  5. Great for preparing if you don`t know exactly when the guests will be arriving.
