Aioli with Basil

by Editorial Staff

We adore and also often prepare alioli (alioli – as it is called at home, in Spain)! Magnificent, piquant, spicy, it is served there with almost all dishes, even with crackers, it is put on the table almost as soon as visitors take it.

Aioli with Basil Instructions

  1. An excellent sauce – an analog of mayonnaise-based on a minimum of eggs and a great opportunity to utilize dry wheat bread.
  2. Soak the bread in milk. Mash the garlic and salt in a mortar or bowl (do not cut it!) With a pestle or a pusher until mushy.
  3. Combine soaked bread, garlic, yolk, basil in a blender to a paste. Without stopping whisking, pour in the oil in a thin stream.
  4. Beat well. The sauce is ready.

Enjoy!

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
