Ingredients

  • 1 glass ajvar, hot, approx. 300 g
  • 2 pts. Sheep cheese
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 clove (s) garlic (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • possibly sour cream

Instructions

  1. Crumble the sheep`s cheese, puree with the hand blender with the finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, ajvar and pepper to taste.
  2. If the consistency is too firm (mostly due to the fat content of the cheese), you can add a tablespoon of sour cream.
  3. Serve with baguette or ciabatta.
  4. A delicious spread for parties and family.
