  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 glass ajvar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 red pepper (s), finely diced

Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese with quark and ajvar well, squeeze the garlic and stir in the diced paprika. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Delicious with jacket potatoes, baked potatoes, grilled meat, fish or vegetables.
