Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ajvar
  • coriander

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Put ajvar and olive oil in a sealable container. Add coriander, thyme and pepper to taste and mix (I used a lot of the spices). Wash the potatoes, do not peel them and cut them into wedges. Put the potato wedges in the container with the oil mixture, close and mix the potatoes with the mixture by gently shaking so that everything is covered with it.
  2. Now place the potato wedges with the peel facing down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, pour the remaining oil mixture from the container over them and sprinkle with French spices. Put the potato wedges in the oven for about 30 minutes.
