Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 glass mild ajvar, approx. 350 g
  • 1 glass hot ajvar, approx. 350 g
  • 2 piri piri
  • 400 g processed herb cheese
  • 750 ml meat stock
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Sear the minced meat with the onion. Add salt, pepper, sweet paprika, garlic and piripiri. Deglaze with the meat stock. Add ajvar and processed cheese. Let everything simmer together for half an hour.
  2. Can be prepared well and is great for celebrations.
